​​Thank you for keeping our students safe!  The following forms must be submitted to the office for any individuals working with students in our building.
 

• Criminal Record Check
  • ​​​You must visit the office to get a signed letter and form.  This will ensure the $10 fee is charged to the school division.

  • ​Automobile Driver Application Form
  • Remember that all drivers need to have a Driver Authorization form completed to transport students.
